Join the Band
The band draws its membership from a six-county area in Northeast Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. There are no auditions required to join - membership is open to any adult that wishes to join and play music. The only "pay" members receives is a dinner get-together; an after-glow social following each public performance.
The band performs two concerts, one in Spring and one in Fall.
Additional performances are sometimes added for special occasions.
Rehearsals of the N.E.W. Concert Band are held on Monday evenings from 7:15pm to 9:00pm in the Coleman, Wisconsin High School band room. There are six weekly rehearsals on Monday evenings prior to each concert.
